Ebony B
Ebony has always had a deep passion for working with children, beginning in high school when she volunteered in both lower level and infant classrooms. She went on to attend Norfolk State University, earning her degree in Sociology while also serving as a member of the women’s basketball team.
During her time as a student athlete, Ebony dedicated much of her free time to volunteering at children’s camps and community programs, furthering her commitment to making positive impact in the lives of young people. After graduating, Ebony continued her service to the community as a Norfolk Police Officer. In this role, she worked closely with children and families making this an experience that deepened her desire to focus directly on supporting youth development. This path led her to the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), where she discovered her true calling. She found working with children to achieve their behavioral milestones was the most rewarding work she has ever done.
Today, Ebony is proud to be a part of ABC as it allows her to combine her love for children, her community background, and her dedication to helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder thrive.
