Lane Baylard
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lane graduated from the University of Georgia in 2023 with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. While in school, she worked as a 1-to-1 therapist in a 3rd-5th grade special education classroom. Her interest in working with individuals with autism and other disabilities began in middle school when she joined her school's Peer Buddies program. The experience gave her the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students with disabilities and sparked a passion for supporting this population.
Within the field of ABA, Lane is especially passionate about communication and helping individuals develop effective ways to express their wants, needs, thoughts, and feelings. Before joining ABC, she spent three years teaching English as a foreign language, which further strengthened her interest in language and communication.
Lane is excited to continue growing as a BCBA and supporting individuals and families in reaching their goals while promoting independence, meaningful connections, and quality of life.
