Markie Adamczyk
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANAYLST
Markie graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology in 2019. While at Georgia State University, Markie worked in a complex cognition lab where she became interested in studying learning processes in children with autism. She began working as an R/BT providing direct therapy to children with autism and fell in love with the field. Markie subsequently began pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She graduated and passed her board exam in May of 2025.
Markie has experience providing services in the clinic and school setting for children ages 2-12. She is most excited about collaborating with families to achieve goals that are meaningful to the life of the individual. She is passionate about finding creative interventions that are research-based but tailored to fit individual needs.

Fun Fact
During her time as a research assistant, Markie ran a project designed to study self-agency in Rhesus Macaques. Though she was not able to directly interact for safety reasons, she felt like she got to know each monkey through watching them "play" her program and analyzing their data.

Markie loves working in her yard and painting with acrylic or water color.
