SOfia P
Sofia is a fourth-year Psychology major at the University of Georgia with minors in Spanish and Business. She became interested in Applied Behavior Analysis through her passion for working with children and her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. Through her coursework and experiences in ABA, research, and community service, she has developed a strong interest in supporting individuals with diverse needs while promoting positive growth, independence, and quality of life. Sofia is currently applying to Social Work graduate programs and hopes to become a licensed therapist after graduate school. Outside of her work at ABC, she is a Research Assistant in UGA’s Personality Studies Lab and volunteers with Nuçi’s Space, assisting with suicide prevention trainings.

In her free time, Sofia enjoys going on walks with her boyfriend, playing pickleball, working out, and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops around Athens.
